The 7% plots are allotted by YEIDA to farmers against their acquired land. These are very similar to 5%(Noida) farmer quota or 6% (Greater Noida) farmer quota plots .
These plots will be fully developed like general plots in other sectors. The roads, parks sewerage system, electricity, water pipelines will be like the general sectors.
The farmer quota plots are located near village of the farmers who have allotted land to YEIDA.
The location of the plots is in Sector 25, 18, 20, 22,29,32 and 33.They are near the residential and industrial area.
a. Sector 16 and17 (Residential): Mohammadpur Gujar, Dhanauri.
b. Sector 18 (Residential): Mirzapur, Achcheja, Dungarpur and Usmanpur.
Sector 20 (Residential): Acchepur, Parsaul and Chandpur
d. Sector 22 (Institutional and Residential): Ronija, Kherali Bhav and Chak Jalalabad
e. Sector 29 (Industrial): Tirthli
f. Sector 32 (industrial): Chakbirampur, Nangla Handa, Nangla Hukum Singh.
g. Sector 33 (industrial): Murad Gadhi
These plots are in multiple sizes starting from 40 sqm to 2500 sqm.
– These plots have been assigned by the authority to the farmers because their land has been acquired and this was their primary source of income, so to help the farmers to maintain their livelihood, these plots have been put under the category of “Semi-Commercial”.
These are residential plots but 50% of the area can be used for commercial purpose, in certain cases, after taking permission from the authority and after paying extra charges, these plots can also be used for 100% commercial activity also.
These are not fully commercial, but few specific types of commercial business approved in YEIDA List. For example, Guest House, Clinic, Coaching Center etc.
